Snacks


Growing children need snacks. The most difficult obstacle I have is getting them to eat healthy ones. Here are a few novel ideas for snacks that I think kids will love.

* 2 cups honey
* 2 cups peanut butter

EXTRA EASY HUMMUS

* 1 clove garlic, crushed
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
