Dinner Recipes

I feel that dinner is the most important meal of the day. Not only does your family need to eat, it is the best chance for connecting with your children and getting a chance to really listen to what they have to say. The problem I find is that by the time I get home, I have spent 8 hours at work and approximately 1.5 hours on the road round trip. That is exhausting! I want more time with my family and less time in front of the stove. There are even nights when I don’t feel I have the mental capacity to think of what ingredients to put together that will make a healthy and delicious meal. Have you been there or is it just me? Anyway, here are a few ideas on how to make dinner delicious, fun for the whole family, and a no-brainer for you!

Sometimes eating healthy can be difficult and expensive. Fresh foods spoil or the recipes are too time consuming to actually create. This fabulous food delivered right to your door may be the answer for you. Maybe you need a few nights of already prepared meals or maybe you need foods to fit into a special diet. Magic Kitchen can do it all.

Jessica Seinfeld got it right when she developed recipes that “hid” vegetables in food. Some said this was a bit “deceptive” but as moms, we know that sometimes you have to do what is best for your kids. If hiding a veggie or two in a yummy recipe is considered awful, well then…

Personally, I happen to love the idea and use it often.
