Would you believe it if I told you that your kids lower your blood pressure? Some days you may wonder how this could be true. Did you know that women with children are considered healthier in a study done by BYU in Provo, UT? This particular study monitored the blood pressure of nearly 200 adults, 24 hours a day using portable monitoring devices.
